Cabernet Franc Icewine 2007                                                                                                   

Pale brick red color fading to a water white rim. It has a wonderful nose of strawberries, blackberries, and candied fruits with hints of exotic spices. A smooth balance of sweetness and acidity gives extra strength to the blackberries and Newfoundland berries on the palate. A great finish that's crisp and fruity.

Ehrenfelser Icewine 2008                                                                                                           

A clear golden amber color which fades to a water-white rim. The nose presents lemons, limes, and oranges. The palate shows oranges, nectarines, and elderflowers. The low sugar of this Icewine shows the soft acidity perfectly to provide a smooth finish that lingers

Riesling Icewine 2008                                                                                                                                          

A clear bright golden color which fades to a water white rim. The nose presents honey, lemons, and peaches. The palate shows honey flavor and lemon drops. The smooth acidity balances the great sweetness to provide a very long finish.

Vidal Icewine 2007                                                                                                                           

Amber color fading to a water white rim with a nose of raisoned fruits, apricots. The palate displays a complex mix of honey, dried apricots, and almonds nicely balancing a crisp acidity and sweetness to give a long finish.
